FAQ: Product Support
- [Q1] I've installed one of your products in Neuroshell, however I can't find the new indicators.
- [Q2] I've downloaded one of your Free Products and I'm having an issue with it. I realize you don't provide support for free products, what can I do?

[Q1] I've installed one of your products in
Neuroshell, however I can't find the new indicators
When you installed our Add On you were prompted for an installation location. This can vary depending on where you installed Neuroshell. Our products need to be installed in the main Neuroshell folder. This is normally C:\Neuroshell Trader 4. To rectify, please uninstall the Add On from the Windows Control Panel and reinstall choosing the correct folder.
Another reason that may cause this issue is if you have additional categories disabled in Neuroshell. Newer versions of Neuroshell come with most categories disabled by default, please enable them.
Finally if Neuroshell was running when you installed the addon, to see the new indicators, you will need to exit Neuroshell and restart it.
[Q2] I've downloaded one of your Free Products
and I'm having an issue with it. I realize you don't
provide free support for free products, what can I
do?
If the issue is a fault with the software itself, our pride in the services/products we supply, will ensure that we will look into the problem and rectify it.
Otherwise we will quote a price to you for support of the product before we proceed to address your issue.

purchased?

[Q4] I have ZJurik and some or all of the indicators are showing no data when added to a chart.
ZJurik requires Mark Juriks' dlls before it can be used. ZJurik only works for the indicators you've purchased through Jurik Research
Juriks' DLLs should be installed in \windows\system or \Neuroshell Trader 4\Template (or wherever you've installed Neuroshell)
[Q5] What are your support terms?
All our purchased add-ons come with free support. We take pride in our products, and if you encounter any problems we are here to help.
If we update a product you have purchased, the updates will be provided to you free of charge for minor releases and at a reduced price for major releases.
