We will of course keep any information we see confidential. We encourage you to watch the display as we work with your system so that you are aware of the actions we are taking.
You can terminate the connection to us at anytime by right clicking the "B" icon in the task bar and selecting "Close".
Whilst downloading the utility, you may be provided with an "Executable" warning by your browser, please accept this. After loading, please double click "BowfortSupportUtility" to launch.
Note: (Vista Users Only) If you have a non-default background, you may need to change your background back to Aero before launching the utility.
