Refunds

Our datafeed subscriptions come with a 7 day trial refund for licensed Neuroshell users and first time users of our datafeed.

For our other products we do not offer trials / refunds.  If you have any questions about our products, please Contact Us beforehand.  The reason for this is that our products are advanced in nature and require a commitment from our users.

Datafeed subscriptions are charged monthly for service from the charge date for 1 month of service.  We do not provide refunds if you do not use the service or cancel prior to the next billing.
