Couldn't Connect to Trader Workstation: 2
There are 2 possible reasons for this:
1. You are blocking socket clients. To fix this:
In trader workstation, click on "Configure", then "API" and make sure "Enable Active X and Socket Clients' is checked.
Whilst you are in this menu, make sure you have 127.0.0.1 in the "Trusted IP Addresses" section, this will stop TWS asking if you want to "Accept Incoming Connection", when IBFeed connects.
2. You have a firewall that is blocking connections from IBFeed to Trader Workstation. Please temporarily switch off your firewall, and if this solves your issue, please add a rule to allow the connection in.
