No Data
Receiving no data can be due to a couple of reasons.
- There is no historical data for your symbol. To verify if there is historical data for your symbol, please visit http://finance.yahoo.com/ and enter the symbol name. Click "Historical Prices" on the left hand side. If you don't see a range of prices and dates for Open / High / Low / Close / Volume / Adj. Close, then that symbol does not have any historical data available and it will produce "No Data" in Neuroshell.
- Some ISPs may alter the data being returned to you from Yahoo. This will produce "No Data" for every symbol. Often you can encounter this with Hotel ISPs (Hilton for example), and certain regular ISPs (Comcast). If this is happening to you, please enter the line "brokenisp=1" in "settings.myf" using windows notepad. This file can be found in \Neuroshell Trader 5\Servers\mYFeed Server
