XXX couldn't be downloaded or unable to download / install software
If you are unable to download, or are unable to install our software. Please do the following:
1. Switch off any firewalls (including Windows 7 firewall)
2. Retry the download / install
3. Switch the firewall back on.
If this doesn't solve your issue, please try again, making sure you switching off any Anti Virus you are running.
